David Allman
President and CEO

Dave Allman is the Founder and CEO of Knowledge-Advantage. He formed the
company in 1991 to provide a practical and integrated sales platform aimed at
helping companies quickly improve sales results.
Dave has nearly 25 years of sales, management, training and consulting
experience, including leadership roles with industry giants IBM and KPMG.
Throughout his career, he has been at the forefront of sales training and
development. His accomplishments include co-design of IBM Sales School and
introduction of the first commercially available customer collaboration
platform. Additionally, he has received industry acclaim for his contributions
to “thought leadership” and his ability to deliver enterprise-wide solutions
that quickly improve sales results.
For nearly two decades, Dave has designed sales training and automation
platforms, aimed primarily at the Fortune 500 community. Today, he is dedicated
to helping sales organizations of all sizes improve performance, retain top
employees and satisfy customers. Dave holds an EMBA from Emory University.
Gene Carlino
Vice President, Sales
Gene Carlino is responsible for sales operations and client services at
Knowledge-Advantage. He has more than twenty years of sales, management,
training and consulting experience.
Prior to joining Knowledge-Advantage, Gene spent his selling career in the
computer industry, providing complex enterprise solutions to “C” level
executives and business and technical decision-makers at Fortune 500
organizations.
Today, Gene is committed to providing the tools and training required by
salespeople to truly collaborate with customers and win large projects. Gene
holds a Management degree from Pacific Western University.
Tod Whitman
Vice President, IP Development
Tod Whitman leads the development of Knowledge-Advantage’s intellectual
property and tools. He has nearly twenty years of software development
experience, having spent the last five with the company.
Prior to joining the company, Tod held a number of leadership roles with
development firms and Fortune 500 organizations, including AMP Incorporated.
Today, he leverages the latest technology to improve the sales process and help
clients gain an advantage over the competition. Tod is a graduate of Kutztown
University in Pennsylvania.
